At The Forest Vine, we offer delivery throughout Australia.
Once an order is placed the handling time is 1 - 3 days, then your order is shipped through Australia Post where you will receive a tracking number for your items.

At The Forest Vine, we take pride in sourcing and delivering quality wines. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
The product is faulty, damaged, or corked
You received the wrong item
The product is significantly different from what was described
To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of purchase.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of wine and storage conditions, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, exceptions may be considered at our discretion for unopened items returned in original condition.
Damaged or Faulty Wine
If a bottle is corked or faulty, please contact us with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos (if applicable)
We may request the return of the product before issuing a refund or replacement.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within
3–5 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover return shipping.
For other approved returns, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
